Modern Wonderland Editorial

“Modern Wonderland” um, de dois editoriais que criei, com ajuda de fantásticos fornecedores, no passado mês de Maio na Quinta do Lago.

Todos os casamentos que organizo, começam com algumas ideias ou conceitos que no decorrer do processo de criação, vão sofrendo alterações.

Este editorial não foi exceção!

Das ideia que tínhamos inicialmente, foram poucos os elementos que mantivemos durante o processo. E ainda bem!

Quis o destino que os noivos passassem a noivas, o venue, o fantástico The Magnolia Hotel, surgisse com cores maravilhosas e as fotos fossem entregues, pelos Never Ends Photography, poucos dias antes de uma data tão marcante e cheia de significado para a comunidade LGBTQIA+, como o dia 28 de Junho.

Apesar de estar ter terminado o Pride Month, não podia ter deixado de assinalar a data, o mês e a mensagem que este dia carrega.

AMOR É AMOR!

Sim é mesmo! Todos temos o direito de ser felizes sem reservas, sem vergonhas mas acima de tudo, temos a obrigação de sermos fiéis a nós próprios.

Curioso como esta mensagem se pode adequar a tantas esferas e realidades!

Li há pouco tempo que o mês do Orgulho é sobre ensinar tolerância e educar para evoluir! Não podia estar mais de acordo!

Enquanto pessoa, tenho esse cuidado e tento transmiti-lo às minhas filhas... Enquanto Wedding Planner, gostaria que este editorial fosse, de alguma forma, um contributo para o Pride Month.

Espero que as fotos vos inspirem e que anseiem pelo teaser deste editorial com tanta expectativa como eu!

Mio, we need to talk

“Modern Wonderland” one of two editorials that I created, with the help of fantastic suppliers, last May in Quinta do Lago.

All the weddings I organize start with some ideas or concepts that change during the creation process.

This editorial was no exception!

Of the ideas we had initially, there were few elements that we kept during the process. And still good!

As fate would have it, the grooms became brides, the venue, the fantastic The Magnolia Hotel, came up with wonderful colors and the photos were delivered, by Never Ends Photography, a few days before such a remarkable date, full of meaning for the LGBTQIA+ community , like the 28th of June.

Despite the fact that Pride Month is over, I couldn't have failed to mark the date, month and message that this day carries.

LOVE IS LOVE!

Yes it is! We all have the right to be happy without reservations, without shame, but above all, we have an obligation to be true to ourselves.

Curious how this message can adapt to so many spheres and realities!

I recently read that Pride month is about teaching tolerance and educating to evolve! I could not agree more!

As a person, I care about that and try to pass it on to my daughters... As a Wedding Planner, I would like this editorial to be, in some way, a contribution to Pride Month.
